Text Box: COVENHAM PARISH COUNCIL MINUTES AN EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE JOINT PARISH COUNCILS OF COVENHAM ST.BARTHOLOMEW AND COVENHAM ST. MARY WHICH TOOKPLACE ON Monday 29th November 2010 AT 6.00PM IN THE PARISH ROOMS MAIN ROAD COVENHAM ST BARTHOLOMEW PRESENT Cllr L. Jeavons (Chairman) Cllr C. Brader (vice Chairman), Cllrs M. Madge, T. F. Aldridge S. Potts & T. Berry APOLOGIES: Cllrs, J Firth, S. Davies A. Quinton, T Alex & Tim Pike (Clerk) 1. Moat Farm, Grange Lane, Covenham Saint Bartholomew . After a short discussion it was proposed by Cllr M. Madge that we Object to this application on the grounds that the highway improvements suggested would make a very dangerous junction (Grange Lane /Main Road) even worse by narrowing the main road., the motion was seconded by Cllr. L. Jeavons a vote was taken. All in favour. 2. Pangkor Laut Birkitts Lane Covenham. After a short discussion it was proposed by Cllr M .Madge that we support this application, seconded by Cllr Potts. A vote was taken, 4 votes for ,2 Against The Proposition was passed Meeting Closed 6.30pm Next regular council meeting 7pm 3rd January 2011
