This is the home page for the joint villages of Covenham Saint Bartholomew & Covenham Saint Mary. The Covenham villages which are pretty much one village nowadays are half way between the market town of Louth, Lincolnshire to the south and Grimsby North East Lincolnshire to the north, a relatively small village with a Pub / Restaurant (The New Plough) and a Restaurant( The Millhouse ). Two churches Saint Bartholomew (now redundant) and Saint Mary The old Methodist chapel is now used as the village hall .There are several farms in and around the village. And Covenham reservoir is on the outskirts with its many water sport activities. All these places can be looked at in more detail by clicking on the links on the left. |
